Is it proper protocol to have a minor child of 3 yrs. Old present and unsupervised during a narcotics raid on the residence in which paraphernalia and drugs were being searched for and arrests were being made for drug related charges? Child was let to run all through the debris and glass that was being thrown and broken all through the house and child was not being protected from.
