Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I had a prosecutor who prosecuted a case against my client while admitting all along the pre-trial process that he was doing so at the behest of the mayor and chief of police. He is an assistant city attorney and I can not locate any cases on selective prosecution. Can you point me to some ? It is a California case that eventually tried as an infraction but my client is a police officer with another agency but lives in the town where the CA works and I am appealing it

Are you an attorney? Hopefully your trial skills are better than researching. Research Equal Protection violations "Class of One".
