Prostitution Charge
I have been charged with one count of prostitution. My punishment is a fine $300 and Aids testing. I have paid my fine but have not done the testing. Is this a violation of Informal probation, Can they send me to Jail/and or put me on Real Probation?

If by real probation you mean felony probation where you have to report to probation officer, the answer is no. However, your current informal probation can be revoked and you can be resentenced on your case and receive jail time.
You need to take care of this test immediately.
