How to prove that I was living at a different address then they are charging me with?

The question is already a sing you are in the wrong direction.
YOU should not be proving anything. if you do not know how such is done, you should not be doing it; would you want someone learning how to do the practice law on your case? As their first case?
The first step is to realize you can't do what YOU THINK should be done. Since you have already made the determination that proving xyz wins your case, you need a complete rewrite. Have you determined whether having the address wrong helps your case? Many times it does nothing, the prosecutor changes the address in the complaint.
You don't know what must be done to win your case; and there is no reason why you should know. That is why if the guy next to you in court said he wanted you to represent him, the judge would say you are not qualified to do so.
MORAL: Don't pull your own teeth; don't represent yourself.
Get a lawyer. Have him or her determine if a discrepancy in the adress helps the case.
Very few charges involve the defendant's address. There may be an address written on your citation, but it probably has nothing to do with the charges against you. If I'm right about that, than an error in the address does not invalidate the charges.
You should discuss your case with an attorney as soon as possible. You will learn a lot more about what lies in store for you that way, and will be able to start working on your defense.
