Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I am on public asst. and I am disabled through my doctors at th seplveda va.

Public assistance funds can not pay court fines. I explained this to my public

defender and to the judge.

I was still ordered to do community services, which would cause me to cmmit fraud.

The courts din not care. they still were trying to force me to go against medical advice,

and commit fraud wow!

I was forced to turn to the community for aast. in paying the fines. I want to file a case

against them please reply.

I am a little confused by your question, but apparently you want to sue the judge and public defender because you were sentenced to community service and fined. Apparently, you feel you will be committing fraud if you complete your community service. I have no idea who you would be defrauding. I can't think of anyone. It appears you think you can't be sentenced to community service because you are disabled and you can't be fined because you are receiving public assistance. Basically, this leaves the court with only one other option, namely jail time (or possibly home arrest). You may be able to discuss this with probation or the court and have your community service converted to jail time. As to your case against the judge and PD, in my opinion you have no legal grounds to file a suit based on the facts your presented.

I agree with Mr. Kane. You should have been jailed.
