Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Public Intoxication
I have been taken to jail three times now for being drunk in public. The first two times resulted in me being released in the morning without being charged or having to appear in court. After the third time however, I am required to appear in court and am being charged with drunk in public. Will my first two times being in jail without being charged effect what my punishment will be in court?

You will have to pay $500 and attend a bunch of AA meetings.
