Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I have a public "pretender" who wont give me the time of day. Iam accused by my own mother of id thefting her out of $88.87. I have a stack of recietes of shared account with my mother. My mother has a history of check fraud numerous bounced cheacks. and I know for a fact that she has opened and used credit cards in mine and my deceased grandmothers name! I dont know how to get the info I need to redeem my self let alone recover my financial losses including Bail, Impound, loss of employment, child custody issues that my own mothers allegations have incurred. ps I have no credit cause of the above but if someone can help me get her back her and her husband have a lot to loose!!!!

I am sorry, but the only way you will have a chance to succeed is by having an attorney and without any money you probably can not get an attorney.
