Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Punishment for Crime
March 14, 1997 a 14 year old boy was arrested and subsequently convicted for a home invasion armed robbery. 3 counts of 211/213 PC and one count was enhanced (personal use of a firearm). He was given 14 years in State Prison. Is this sentence the norm? Where can I find all the similar cases and their punishment?
