Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I was purposely hit by a car physically march 2011 with my cousin and her baby on the car while it happen o made a police report and still nothing has happen.. what do i do??

Go back to police dept where you filed report. Speak to supervisor. You might want to consider filing a civil action for personal injuries- if any. You need to contact attorney.
