There is no rule against it. But you have to prove that the facts justify it. And you may already have said or done something that would undermine your claim.

You can try to get a restraining order but you should know that judges go to judging school and they learn that they should not grant restraining orders for both parties. Restraining orders become difficult to enforce when both parties have restraining orders.
