I have a misdemeanor warrant in San Francisco, how do I quash the warrant? Do i have to be taken into custody? Is there somewhere I can go to schedule a court date?

Re: quash warrant in san francisco

If you have an older warrant for a case you have never dealt with, you caN either go to the clerks window in that court by 8 am and have them pull that case into court..., or obtain a lawyer who can show up for you and get the warrant pulled. There may be Serna Issues so obtain the advise of a qualified attorney before you do anything that could effect your legal rights. David Wallin
