this question is about my babys dad and me

my babys dad has court on monday the 21 of this month now he has a restraining order that he cant be near me because he is 24 and i am 16 so he got arrested for child rape but we want to get married today in las vegas does that affect him or whats better he was bailed out and by word

I don't know whether you two can enter into a valid marriage in Las Vegas, or whether he will get in trouble for taking you to Nevada, but congratulations.

There is a high risk that if the court finds out about your marriage today, your boyfriend/husband will be found in violation of the protective order and make his case worse and even be taken to jail. On the other hand, his case might benefit if you are married. Tough call.
