An attorney might be able to help you get your "porn" off of this one site, but it's a game of whack-a-mole. Once your picture is on the internet it's there forever, and there's no erase button. Probably someone will be able to find it just by taking or scanning a picture of you and doing an image search, no matter what name you used.

When I was in lawschool, I took a course in intellectual property, among others. One of the cases we had to read was Penthouse International v. Priscilla Barnes. Apparently Priscilla Barnes, who starred on Three's Company after the departure of Suzanne Somers, had nude photos taken under a different name, and Penthouse wanted to republish them under her true name once she was famous. The court's legal reasoning turned on interpretation of her agency and modelling contract.

You are definitely going to want to start with your agency and modelling contract, to see what rights you gave up, and go from there.

I agree with Mr. Roach. This really comes down to contractual obligations, and not "privacy laws." You should have an attorney review any contracts related to this matter.
