Aman is on parole in Santa Clara county.
The said man was served a restrainig order in San Mateo county
should he inform his parole officer in Santa Clara County?
or will the information be sent from one county to another?

Assuming that you are referring to a domestic violence restraining order, these orders are placed into a state registry. Therefore is is very probable that the parole officer will learn about the restraining order.
