Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Questioning

The police want me to come in for some questioning..Do I have to come in?...If I made an appointment with them do i hAve to keep it? Or should i Call them and til them I am seeking Legal consoltation first....

DON'T GO. Don't call them and tell them you're not coming. NOT ONE WORD except through a lawyer. If you find yourself in police custody, keep saying "I want to talk to a lawyer." These are the only words that should pass your lips.
