Questions about brass knuckles and probation
My boyfriend is in jail right now, he was pulled over for his tail lights and the police ran his name and has told him that he had a warrant for his arrest for a petty theft that he has done just a few months ago, he was on probation just till this years june, and the police searched his car and found brass knuckles and he had forgot to take out, because his younger brother had them and my boyfriend took them away, now my main concern is what can happen? What can we do so that we can help him get out of jail and keep him out. He has already paid for the petty theft that he had done. So what will happen? He also said the police officer what just finding things to put him in because the police officer was very rude and loud with him. please my boyfriend does not deserve to be in there. What can happen? or how can we prevent him from going in state prison for a year?
