Do you really need to use it for medical reasons or will it just be for fun? Why take the chance of being held for probation violation just to get a little high? It is still against Federal law to use for any reason.

Mr. Shers is right, in that use and possession of marijuana is still a federal crime. If you are a qualified patient, and the county issues you a card, you could use medical marijuana, but you would only be allowed to use at home. In my experience, this program is being abused. Voters were informed that the Compassionate Use Act would be for people dying of cancer. We are now seeing young kids like you, smoking marijuana on school grounds. (Which is never OK, not under the Medical Marijuana Program (MMP).) Obviously, you just want to show off. I suggest you get a job and get on with your life, and leave such childish things behind.
