Do you still get a ramiro hearing after you accept the offer
State of California legal system:
My friend was offered 28 years to life offer for a robbery afer having 2 prior 10 years old, burglaries in WA state. If he accepts this deal, does he still get a ramiro hearing after the accepting the offer? If he doesn't accept it he will go to trial and if he looses he will be given 135 years.

That would depend upon the terms of the plea bargain agreement. Unless the specifically allows the Romaro hearing it will not be allowed.
