Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Rape against a minor child
My wife was 15 when she was raped by a 20 yo man in California. She is now 22. What is the Statute of Limitations for a crime against a man who did this?

Re: Rape against a minor child
The statue of limitations is very long on child molestation. And I believe the rape of a minor would fall under that.
Quit playing police and report the matter. He may have done it to other young girls and/or women. Your reporting the matter could be instrumental in getting this guy off the street.
That way I will not have to shoot him if he bothers a daughter or grand daughter of mine.
Lots of luck
