This can be considered a violation of your due process rights. Your attorney needs to be made aware of it ASAP.

Unlike the police programs on television, the police often do not give Miranda rights at the time of the arrest, and do not question the individual on the way to jail. The Miranda rights advise are given prior to the person being questioned. Often each time the individual is Miranda rights advise before the questioning session begins. As stated by Mr. Wheeler you should discuss this with your attorney.
