Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
reasonable doubt
i currently attend santana high school.we are holding a fake trial in which i am the defense attorney and i am trying to prove my client innocent and i want to prove that there is reasonable doubt that my client commeted murder twice. i am trying to sway the jury and i need help knowing how to fill their heads with reasonable doubt from a mental standpoint.

You need to attack the evidence that was presented by the district attorney.
