Re: Reasonable doubt

Whether the evidence presents a reasonable doubt is for the jury to decide after hearing all the testimony, observing the witnesses and examining the evidence. There is no way to tell you whether the jury in the case you describe will find reasonable doubt or not. Keep in mind that the jurors will consider everything they see and hear, and will not limit themselves to your brief and slanted description of the evidence.
