Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I just receive a call stating that i have to call them from deputy of clerk regarding a case. They told me that if i did not response they can arrest me at my work and at my house. I have a right to resolve this outside of the court. Is this a valid call? Is this a valid notification of case? I got once became victim of spam and they got a 9000 dollars to me? Should i call them back please advice thank you

Don't call them back contact the local court and ask them if you have a warrant outstanding. I have never heard of the court calling someone to call back about a pending case. The court issues a bench warrant for your arrest. Then the police arrest you on the warrant.
