Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
If I received a DUI for marijuana does that entitle me to receive my liscence back in the state of California. Also does age matter? 18 or being like over 21, what are the differences

Operating a vehicle under any subsance that impairs your ability to operate it is a violation of the DUI laws of California. The legal status of Marijuana does not negate the conviction. You may be able to get your license back for other reasons. You should contact an attorney as soon as possible.
