Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Received a situation. The address of the situation has the wrong city name in it. Due to this error can the charges of the situation be dismissed? Have not gown to court yet.

Your situation is that you received a Citation. It's hard to say whether the wrong city name means anything. Probably not. Wear business casual clothing when you go to court.
