never received subpona

Can you get in trouble for NEVER physically receiving a subpona to serve as a witness to a crime you observed and and you never show for court.

Re: never received subpona

Only if the subpoena server lies and says he personally delivered it to you. Not knowing any different, a judge could issue an order for your arrest if he sees a sworn proof of service saying you WERE served.
