Call an attorney who has done these cases for years, and go over all the facts. The attorney will be able to give you some good advise and give you a better idea of how to proceed. Most criminal defense attorney's offer free consultations. I wish you well.....David
You will enter a plea of not guilty, an attorney will be provided if you cannot afford to retain an attorney, with advice of counsel you will decide whether or not to waive time, and a date will be set for future proceedings. If at all possible I suggest you follow Mr Wallin's advice as soon as possible.

You need a good criminal defense attorney. I'd strongly suggest you find someone who focuses on criminal law and who routinely practices in the court where this case will be heard.
