Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I recently had my bank card stolen, I was advised by my bank to file a police report due to some fradulent charges. I later found out that it was a family member who stole my card so i would likie to know how to cancel or drop the report, without any repercussions.

Could be you wouldn't be doing your sticky-fingered relative a favor even if you were able to withdraw the report, which you can't. Just do nothing and hope for the best.
