Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I need to know what I am looking at

I was recently charged with one count of possession of a loaded firearm and one count of possession of a loaded weapon with specific priors. pc 12031 (a)(2)(E).

I am trying to find out what is the

low term/base term/highterm in regards to jail time I can expect to get.

My public offender said it looks like the court is going to offer me 3-5 years. Does this sound right to you?
