Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I was recently charged with a urinating in public misdemeanor in the city of Hermosa Beach CA. What are my legal options to minimize the fines, community service, probation and such.

You are not likely to get all of them lowered, maybe one of them. Fines will be reduced by community service, as community service will be reduced by fines. Probation is a matter to be discussed with the prosecutor directly, this is what a private attorney does as oppsed to a public defender.

I lived in the area for a while, probably not the best thing to have done there, but certainly not the worst.
