Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I recieved a felony conviction of mayhem 203 PC at age 18, I am currently 24 and are graduating from college. I have completed probation with no infractions, have had no further legal matters since, and paid all restitutions. I am filing a 1204.3 on my own but not sure if this charge can be reduced or if i just have to try and get the guilty plea set aside. Is this the right action to take?

I would hire an attorney file a motion to reduce the felony conviction to a misdemeanor pursuant to Penal Code section 17(b), and then once that is granted have the court expunge the misdemeanor conviction from your record.
Please call me so that I can sue whatever college you attended. It's apparent to me you were defrauded, based on your horrendous use of grammar. Don't call me on the 1204.3, because there is no such section.
