Own Recognizance: Can a person move and how far, if so? I mean if they are let go on their own recognizance.

Your release on your own recognizance is just your promise to appear in court for all appearances. It doesn't have anything to do with where you can live, as long as you make it back to court when you're supposed to.
Discuss any other potential restrictions with your attorney though - there may be other issues, restrictions or limitations in place beyond just your OR release.
