Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I Am currently being recommended for expulsion because I was accused of distributing a controlled substance. The school has searched me 8 times and found nothing but according to them they can expel me from just what other people said. They were asked if any of the witnesses saw me distributing the substance the answer was "NO" But the students had heard i had it
