Can I clear I felony DUI fron my record

The short answer is no. There is no way to "clear" a criminal conviction from your record. There is a process for expunging misdemeanor convictions. Felonies that can be reduced to misdemeanors after the fact can then be expunged. This does not "clear" the conviction from your record. It merely eliminates it from the public record (you don't necessarily have to report the conviction to employers, etc.) It always remains for the purpose of law enforcement contact history. It is accessibly by law enforcement and the courts. It can always be used as a sentencing enhancement if such enhancement is appropriate. But understand that a DUI remains a sentence enhancement for 10 years.
