record expungement

convicted of felony in 1983, served time, discharged from parole. can i get my record expunged or get a governers pardon?

If you served state prison time and it has been more than five years you can apply for a Certificate of Pardon and Rehabiitation. Please feel free to contact me directly if your case was in Southern California.
