If someone refuses permission for the fire department to open his car doors, glove compatment, & trunk,what laws are broken if a police officer gives permission to do so. The car was sprayed with water on the outside

I'm not following the question - what is the context? Was someone trapped inside the vehicle? Was there an accident? There is not enough information here for me to intelligently answer; maybe some other attorney has a clue.

Otherwise try again with more details. What are the circumstances under which this occurred? e.g., why did the Fire Department want to open car doors, glove compartment and trunk. Why was the car sprayed with water? intentionally? Whose car was it?
