registered sex offenders
Can a registered sex offender who owns and operates a business in the construction field actively seek out and obtain contracts with local school districts?What are the guidelines and restrictions placed on these individuals?

The restrictions on registered sex offenders apply only to them personally and not to their employees. An offender's business can make and perform a contract as long as the offender himself will not have to violate his restrictions in order for the company to carry out its duties under the contract.
