Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I was in a relationship for 4 yrs, now I was pushing my boyfriend to talk to his parents about marriage and he told me that his parents aren't agreeing. I feel he used me all these years both physically and financially and now just because his parents aren't agreeing he doesn't want to marry. I am emotionally disturbed and feel cheated. Are there any charges that I can put on him?

He wasn't that into you. Now you know. Time to move on.
No. Your boyfriend has no legal duty to marry you. He wouldn't have such a duty even if he had proposed and you had said yes. And even if he somehow had such a duty, breaching it would be a civil matter and not a criminal one.
Your boyfriend also doesn't have a legal duty to obey his parents. He may value their opinions for personal and/or cultural reasons, but they have no legal authority over whom he marries. The decision not to marry you is his, not theirs. You seem to realize that already, but I want to point it out just in case.
