Release of personal property from police
On november 29 06, during a compliance check of my residance by my parole officer and the san fernando P.D. 2)lap top computers and cash were siezed by the P.D. all charges were droped and my p.o. supports me, but the P.D. dont want to release my prop to me, should I file P.C.1538.5 and if so, what is the procedure I shoyld follow?
