release process

my husband is scheduled to be release tom. 4/23 from a judge at the west covina court, ca. I wanted to know the process of release. will they release him from the court house right after the judge gives her or order, or would he have to go back to L.A to be released there?

It depends on the circumstances. However, they will generally release him from the court house at the time the order is issued. However, it could play out differently under certain circumstances. I would suggest you either call his attorney, if he has a public defender then call the PD's office, you could also call the Jail and ask them what the procedure will be. Good luck
