i was released by disp code 49b1.then filed against a month later. can i be taken back into custody at arraignment?

It's anybody's guess. Bring a lawyer with you to the arraignment.
the short answer is yes bail can be set (or increased) at arraignment. Contact a local criminal defense attorney in your area prior to the arraignment. Good luck!
