Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Re-Location whil on probation

Hi...I am on probation and I have to complete a 52-week anger management course and 30 days of work project, but I am scheduled to move out of state in 2 months. Is it still possible to move out of state? I am on non-felony probation.

Re: Re-Location whil on probation

If you move without approval of your probation officer you will violate probation. A warrant will be issued for your arrest will be issued. Such warrants last until either served or recalled by the court. Talk to your probation officer about alternative ways to comply with the terms of probation. If that does not work then contact an attorney regarding the possibility of obtaining a change of the terms of probation.
