''removal of a non conviction aresst''

I was aressed for being in the car with a guy that had drugs in the trunk of his car. held in FDC untill he confessed i had nothing to do wth it.

What can i do to get this off my record?

You will always have an arrest warrant if you have been booked. What we can do is change that to a "detention" only record and not an arrest record. If this is something you would like to have accomplished, please contact my office at 310/277-1707.
