remove record for shoplifting
i was convicted as shoplifting for the value �s over $400 (year 2000). i got probation for 3 years but was not spent time in jail and it was over at year 2003. what can i do to remove my record ? where can i find the form to remove my record ? thanks

You need to go to the courthouse where your case was heard and ask the clerk for form 1203.4.

If your case was in Orange County you can go to their website which is www.occourts.org. From there click on forms-all and then click on the packet PC 1203.4 petition. This will give you all the information you need.
