renovator finds hidden money in house
Is it the homeowner's property? Does renovator have any claim to ''found money'' during his work on the property?

Re: renovator finds hidden money in house
The money belongs to the homeowner, unless for some reason it belongs to a third party (for example, if it was stolen from that party and hidden in the house). The "renovator" has no legal claim to it.
