can i reopen a domestic violence case against my ex from 3 years ago after i told the inspector i didnt want to press charges back then and how do i do it?

NO...Ain't going to happen.....Only way that case will be resurrected is if she gets arrested for another 273.5 pc case....then law enforcement can bring back the prior as a " prior bad act " to make the new case stronger....
