4. You borrow the money from your Mom and hire a better attorney

"Legitimate" broadly defined is the attorney is providing inadequate legal services..it is not... I don't like what they are saying..they want me to take a deal (sometimes the client should) they don't believe me...they won't do what I say ( attorney controls tactics) etc...etc...but..the Court should permit any indigent defendant the opportunity to be heard on grievances in an ex parte in camera hearing (Marsden motion)
