Where do I go to report embezzlement
My ex husband, My daughters father embezzled money from a trust fund account for her. Where do I go to report this? What kind of crime would it be considered? Can the state file charges against him? What do I do?

Please call 1-800-677-1010 for a $50.00 phone consultation. Generally, you would file a police report and it would be a felony for which he could be prosecuted. Keith Knochel, [email protected].

Contact the police regarding his conduct. If they will not take any action, you may have to sue him. Unless he has assets to attach to collect the judgment that would be a waste of time.
You should contact an attorney about this matter. After reviewing the trust document and any other information you have the attorney may have other suggestions.
