Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Looking to report someone...

I am looking to report someone who owes upward of $200K in financial aid debts. Now, she is buying and selling real eastate in los angeles, making hundreds of thousands of $ and hiding her assets in her son's name. She aquired this debt by attending law school (and buying herself a pair of breast implants) with government money! Never able to pass the bar, she uses her law savvy to cheat and swindle people. I also know she is faking W-2's to purchase said property in her boyfriends name. She has commited indentity theft against her other son and buried his name in debt as well. The other son that she is hiding her assests under is a willing participant and just as much a criminal as she. My university told me to report her to Experian, citing fraud. I tried and they said they didn't do that. I have an address for her for the next 30 days only. She even helped rob a bank she worked for in the 80's. WHERE or HOW can I report this woman, at least to go after her hidden assets? She's about to make over $100K in a real estate sale, the property being purchased w/ $ stolen from the ''good'' son. In the least, I'd like to expose her assets and get them collecting the debts. At best, jail. Please point me in the right direction. Help!

Re: Looking to report someone...

You left out the part about, why do you care about any of this. If you have hard info that this individual is filing false claims against the state or federal government, you could sue in a "qui tam" lawsuit and you could be entitled to a bounty. But fake boobs bought with student loan money won't get you there.
