Reposession of a motor home

I bought title to a 1989 30' motor home from a couple that had been selling it to another party that defaulted in paying it off in full,they warned that person that they were going to repo if payment was not completed, almost 6 months went by with no payment, so i bought the title from owners, and changed into my name, went to where r.V. Was and advised them i was the owner ad i was takeing possision, they resisted and i called sherriff for assist, sherriff said that they would have to freely give it to me or they would arrest me ... What am i suposed to do to get my r.V. Without going to jail

You will have to file a complaint to establish ownership and get a court order giving you the vehicle.
